Product Grade:
          NPQ-60、NPQ-69 、CDQ-61(orange surface effect)     
          NPL-60、NPL-70 (medium gloss  surface effect)   
          NPP-60、NPP-79 (gloss surface effect) 
          FBMNS-25(metallized gloss and smooth shiny surface effect) 

Applications:

  1. Applicable to one-piece PP bottles and HDPE bottles. 
  2. Excellent processing capability and lower cost production. 
  3. It can be recycles together with the containers made of the same material.
  4. Perfect and gloss surface performance. 

Advantages of Synthetic Paper :

In the current injecting process, putting labels into a mold with a robotic manipulator is commonly used to make one-piece products . In addition to saving the time and costs for traditional coated label production, printing and auto-labeling on bottles, this process is helpful for recycling and preventing from imitation. Process:

1.Roll NPQ、NPP、FBMN grades → UV rotory-flexo or -gravure presswork (outside surface printing)→ pounching → injection mold → product
2.Roll FBMN grades →gravure presswork  (inside printing)→ lamination with OPP film  → pounching → injection mold → product
