Laminated Surface Paper (Laminated Cardboard)

• NPY-35, NPY-36 / NPL-40

Applications:

Traditionally, white cardboards made of pure pulp are coated with BOPP film. However, Synthetic Paper in this application is laminated on a secondary cardboard made of recycled pulp and results in a reduction of natural resources and an improvement of resource recycling. It not only gives finished products a high quality appearance, but lowers down the cost effectively as well. Synthetic Paper is the best choice for the cardboard and hand-bag manufacturing industries, refrigerated fresh food and food process-ing industries and the aquaculture in the counties where recycled pulp is fully utilized.

Process:

• 1.Roll NPY, NPLgrade → Gravure presswork → Laminated withpaperboard → back-end processing → product
• 2.Roll NPY, NPL grade → Laminated with paperboard → cutting → Lithographic presswork → back-end processing → product
