Applications:

Package mailing bags are made of PE film coated paper traditionally. However, the strength and the waterproof capability of the bags made of compound material are not satisfactory. The combination of synthetic paper with a woven straw mat texture used in this application will improve the strength and the waterproof capability of the bags. Synthetic paper is most suitable for express delivery services and post offices.

Process:

Roll NPQ grade → Gravure presswork PP film coated with PP woven straw mat texture → Folding, sealing sewing bottom bag → product
