Applications:

Traditionally, raw material packing bags are made of Kraft paper coated with woven straw mat texture. However, compoundmaterial cannot be separated individually for recycling and will be disposed as garbage. Synthetic paper is treated as woven straw mats in this application and can be recycled. It is suitable for bag, fodder, fertilizer and chemical raw material manufacturers.

Advantages of Synthetic Paper:

• 1. PQ grade is one-side matte (paper surface),and another-side gloss.
• 2.Theproductismadeofsingleraw materialandrecyclable.
• 3. Good moisture resistant.
• 4.The smoothness of PO grade paper is about 25゜(it can be increased with ink), while the smoothness of the glossy side is about 35゜.
• 5.Finished products with excellent strength and anti-collision capability.
• 6.Packing shows a quality appearance.

Process Roll NPQ grade → Gravure presswork → PP film coated with PP woven straw mat texture → Folding, sealing → sewing bottom bag → product
